About our classes

We offer 45-minute mat Pilates classes designed for women of all fitness levels. We take you through a full body workout focusing on slow, controlled movements and breath. Classes are available Monday 6PM & 7PM and Wednesday 6PM during school terms. We are located at the Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre in Blacktown. Bringing your own mat is optional. As our community grows, additional class times will be added based on interest.

Shaila is a qualified personal trainer, mat Pilates instructor, and future PDHPE educator dedicated to empowering others through movement, mindfulness, and education. With a background in education and fitness, she brings a unique blend of academic understanding and practical experience to her work.
